Useful information to include

For order questions: your order number (six digits, in the confirmation email).

For product questions: which product, what you want to know.

For returns: your order number plus a one-line note. We will reply with a return address.

For complaints: tell us what happened in your own words. We do not need a complaint form. We will read and respond.

For press

Email the same address. Use the subject line PRESS so we filter it correctly. We are slow to respond to press but we do respond.

Address

Postal returns address provided by email when you request a return. We do not publish a returns address here to avoid receiving unsolicited returns and parcels.

What this is not

This is not a phone number. There is no support chatbot. There is no live chat. The whole point of BRICK is that we are not trying to maximise instant response. We will reply when we get to it. It will usually be the same day.
