Where we ship

United Kingdom: every address Royal Mail can reach.

European Union: most countries. Shipping calculated at checkout. Customs fees and import VAT are the recipient's responsibility, payable to the courier on delivery.

Rest of world: not yet. We are a small operation and want to ship well to fewer places rather than badly to many.

How long it takes

United Kingdom: typically 7 to 10 working days from order. Sometimes faster.

European Union: 10 to 14 working days.

If you have not received your order within 14 working days (UK) or 21 working days (EU), email us. We will investigate with the courier and update you.

What it costs

Free UK shipping on all orders over £40.

UK orders under £40: flat £3.95 via Royal Mail tracked 48.

EU shipping: calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. Typically £9 to £18.

Tracking

You will receive a dispatch email with a tracking number when your order leaves the warehouse. Royal Mail tracking updates can be slow for the first 24 hours. If your tracking has not moved after 48 hours, do email us.

Packaging

Brown corrugated cardboard. Paper void-fill, not plastic peanuts. No additional decoration. We are not trying to win an unboxing video.
