Terms
Terms of service
Who we are
BRICK is a trading name. Orders are fulfilled under MedscribeAI Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales. Company number 14841242. Registered office details available on request.
The agreement
When you place an order with us, you agree to these terms. They are written to be clear rather than to disguise what they mean. If anything seems unclear, email and we will explain.
What we sell
Physical objects. We describe them as accurately as we can. The photographs are accurate but lighting and screen calibration vary. The actual material, fabric texture and matte finish are as described in writing.
Pricing and payment
Prices are in GBP and include VAT where applicable. We accept payment via Shopify Payments (cards) and PayPal. Payment is taken at the point of order.
Order acceptance
An order is accepted when you receive a dispatch confirmation email. Before that, we reserve the right to cancel an order, for example if there is a stock issue, a pricing error, or suspected fraud. If we cancel, we refund in full.
Delivery
See the Shipping page. We do our best with delivery times but use third-party couriers. Delays caused by the courier are not our fault but we will help you resolve them.
Returns and refunds
See the Returns page. Thirty days, no questions, plus your statutory rights.
Faulty items
If something arrives broken or develops a fault within a reasonable period, we will repair, replace, or refund at our cost. UK Consumer Rights Act 2015 applies.
Liability
Our liability is limited to the value of the order. The Box and Pouch are designed to make your phone less accessible. We are not liable for missed calls, missed appointments, or other consequences of using them as intended. Use sensibly.
Acceptable use
Do not use this site for fraudulent orders, attempts to break the checkout, or any other activity that is obviously not buying things. We will refuse and report.
Disputes
Disputes are governed by English law. We aim to resolve any dispute informally first. If that fails, the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
Changes to these terms
If we update these terms materially, we will note the date of last change at the bottom of this page.
