The Box
What it is
A hard-shell case with a four-digit combination lock and a steel tether cable. You set a code. You close the lid. The phone is now somewhere you are not.
No app. No bluetooth. No battery. A box, a dial, a cable. That is the whole machine.
The cable is the point
Loop the integrated steel cable through something fixed. A radiator pipe, a desk leg, the leg of a heavy chair. The phone is not just shut away, it is anchored. Retrieving it becomes a deliberate act rather than a reflex. That is the difference between intending to focus and actually doing it.
What it fits
Internal space of roughly 20 by 10 by 4cm. That takes any phone made this decade and most of the last one. Also holds keys, a wallet, a passport, whatever you would like to put briefly beyond reach.
How it locks
A four-digit combination, up to 10,000 possible codes. You set the code yourself. We do not know it and neither does your phone. Photograph the code somewhere safe when you set it, because there is no override key. Then resist the urge to keep that photo convenient.
Materials
Rugged ABS hard shell, built to take a knock. High-density EVA foam lining so the contents do not rattle. Coiled 6mm steel security cable. Overall size 23.5 by 14.1 by 5.8cm.
Honestly
This is not a safe. It will not defeat a determined thief or a pair of bolt cutters. It defeats the version of you that reaches for the phone without thinking. That is the only adversary that matters here.
